PARTNERS IN EARTHWATCH
Many
United Nations organizations, programmes, specialized agencies and convention
secretariats are partners in the UN system-wide Earthwatch, contributing
in some way to environmental observation, assessment and reporting activities
that provide information for decision-making. These activities are summarized
for each organization in the sections that follow, together with points
of contact for their information activities, and direct Web links to each
organization.
NOTE: This part of the Earthwatch web site is not being maintained
regularly at present due to lack of staff. Some of the information, particularly
contact information, is out of date. Please check the date of last update
for the individual pages.
